PRE-ORDER

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions:

 

 

 

Production & Shipping Time

 

• All pre-order items require 2–3 weeks for production.
• Once production is complete, please allow an additional 3–4 weeks for processing and shipping.
• Total estimated time from order placement to delivery may take 5–7 weeks

 

Refunds & Cancellations

 

• No refunds or cancellations will be processed until the full pre-order timeframe (5–7 weeks) has passed.
• If your order has exceeded the stated timeframe, you may request a refund by contacting us.

• Be sure to include your order number in the subject line for faster assistance.

Mixed Orders (Pre-Made + Pre-Order Items)

• If your order contains both pre-made and pre-order items, your order will ship together once all items are ready.
• If you would like to receive your pre-made items sooner, you must place a separate order and pay the additional shipping fee.
