Can I cancel or get a refund?

• No refunds or cancellations until the full timeframe (4 weeks) has passed.
• If your order has exceeded this timeframe, a refund can be issued upon request.

What if I order pre-made + pre-order items together?

• Your order will ship all together once everything is ready.
• If you want pre-made items sooner, place a separate order (extra shipping fee applies)
